Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. You're right, we have had to make some difficult decisions and say goodbye to colleagues who work on accounts that have seen a softening in client hiring volumes owing to the tough economic environment our entire industry finds itself in at the moment. We continue to strive very diligently to forecast as accurately as possible with our clients who partner with us, in part, to help them manage the variability in their hiring needs. We've been working hard to minimize the impact this is having on our colleagues, looking to re-deploy to other accounts and find new opportunities within the business. We know good talent is hard to find and we invest in it considerably, so we always try to hold on to it where we can. In terms of progression, we are committed to creating an authentic environment where our talent can grow, develop and succeed; over the last two years we have supported over 2,000 internal promotions, something we are extremely proud of and will continue to prioritise.
