Pros

Pleasure working with colleagues who care. I appreciate their local give back opportunities.

Cons

Leaders are not equipped to deal with change management. Lay offs happen everywhere- How you handle them makes a difference. Leaders are not trained in the Americas. Their so-called values go out the window when it's time to cut people, Best part of this experience is I know who to never work for again.

Pros

Great place to work if you want to add big names to your resume. The company is able to attract top companies.

Cons

Not the place to be if you want to build your career. Most of their US business is being transitioned to overseas markets. There is a high turnover, most of which comes from the company not being able to sustain their talent pool and have work for them to transition to in the US. If applying for a job with this company in the US ask for honest answers regarding turnover and their outlook for hiring/sustainability in the US.

Pros

Flexibility, decent work life balance

Cons

They portray themselves to be as the best RPO in the area, however their company culture is awful. The tech support is laughable, there is no sense of the company valuing their employees. There is no room for growth. Good luck getting a raise at this place. More thank likely you will be laid off within your fist year of emplyment. The highest paid employees are the first one to go.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. You're right, we have had to make some difficult decisions and say goodbye to colleagues who work on accounts that have seen a softening in client hiring volumes owing to the tough economic environment our entire industry finds itself in at the moment. We continue to strive very diligently to forecast as accurately as possible with our clients who partner with us, in part, to help them manage the variability in their hiring needs. We've been working hard to minimize the impact this is having on our colleagues, looking to re-deploy to other accounts and find new opportunities within the business. We know good talent is hard to find and we invest in it considerably, so we always try to hold on to it where we can. In terms of progression, we are committed to creating an authentic environment where our talent can grow, develop and succeed; over the last two years we have supported over 2,000 internal promotions, something we are extremely proud of and will continue to prioritise. Please feel free to reach out to your line manager or email engagement@weareams.com if you would like to discuss any of this further.
