      Terrible micromanagement. They keep awful people employed that are belittling in lead and management positions. Talking to Human Resources does nothing to correct the issues and talking to leadership does nothing. Instead they fire the person that was suffering from the constant abuse. If you are not a diverse candidate you are dispensable. Biggest mistake believing them in making the move from a great company to join them

      I wish I had some to share.

      When I spoke up about not being considered for a role that I was already doing, I was gaslighted and told to apologize. After that I was ignored by management for months. Told I couldn't take vacation I already had approved and had to work between Christmas and New Years. I was the only one on the team with young kids. On top of it, I was told the week we got back that I was to be laid off due to volume. When I was the only one with active work at the moment. To top it off, I was put in what they call redeployment, which is a joke since no one reach out to me or others effected by this layoff. Severance we were provided was laughable, and intentionally done so that we would not be eligible for a bonus. And not paid out for carry over vacation time. Kick us while we are down is their motto.
