poor chances to grow in the company, and you are always overlooked. HR is difficult to reach, nobody knows who it really is, it's just a general email. Pay is terribly low for the industry compared to other companies, unless you're a Recruiter, then it's about average. If you are on one account you see others promoted that have been there for 6 months when you've been there 2 years in the same title. It's all about what account you're on and if the manager truly cares or even sees your skills or if they're too swamped to notice you. They have you do the skills ad responsibilities of 3 jobs in 1 for 1 pay to save money and Admin is barely recognized, let alone Sourcing. Usually there's finger-pointing when something does go wrong due to poor management and strategic planning for headcount so everyone is burned out and no morale. No mental health days paid for and they're expecting people to go back to office soon now. Allegations due to harassment were even filed between employees and the employee stayed because 'they were needed due to demand of volumes'... morale is out the door so are valued employees
