Pros

Global scope, some extremely talented and dedicated people in the field, good team work.

Cons

All management functions are antiquated and poor. Compensation and benefits are below industry norms. Upward mobility is non-existent if you're not based in Cleveland.

The ability to work from home, a great manager, good starting pay

Cons

No clear path for advancement, job security as you can change accounts (which can affect pay). Workload/pay do not match the clients.
