AMS US: - Lacks organization, structure, and employee relations/care -Does not properly vet management, often places the wrong people in the wrong roles - resulting in a trickle down effect making the client facing roles challenging - Terrible communication - from my interview throughout my time with AMS US, I never had clear answers to any HR related question or concern -High management turnover -Promotions and advancements are often given to those who appear to be the best fit although leadership is fully aware who is actually doing the work and maintaining the client relationship -Employee health/care is not a priority
