There are some wonderful employees who deserve better then how they are treated

Cons

You are just a number. There is no job security. The values are a lie as management does not practice what they preach. They will work you to the ground and not care whether you have a life or not outside of work.

Cons

Oversells capabilities to get the contract. Staffs leanly to make $$, offshores support staff who aren’t trained to US standards, CRMs parachute in and appeases client with promises (being miserable to actual recruiters) and then leave.
