Pros

Opportunities to learn and develop exist in abundance for those who take the time and are inclined to participate. Hard to find somewhere else that gives you so much international exposure. No agency affiliation also means that the value proposition is different andgives wider career options.

Cons

There is a lot of work and for those who don't like to be busy it would be stresful to keep up.
