seems to care about its employees, as long as they don't rush us back into the office before the 2nd wave I would have no issue in saying they this company definitely cares more than any I've worked for prior.

Cons

same as all companies, nothing new or shocking

salary way below market level , zero possibilities for being promoted , only promises from the manager
