      Let down in recent years

      Pros

      Huge global business, work with great clients Good pay and benefits Used to have a great culture and feel like a family.

      Cons

      High numbers of unqualified people managers at middle and senior manager / HCS level. Results in poor client management and “cronyism” within account teams. Performance / hiring decisions are made with unconscious bias and not on actual performance / data. Treatment of very talented staff can be dreadful if they are perceived as “different to them” in some way. The Handling of The current crisis and recent political events have been disingenuous and very disappointing at a local level.

      Good for start

      Pros

      Friendly people and management, quite honest about promotions and salaries

      Cons

      Low pay rises, not much possibility for advancement. Laying off over 20 people per month during since march (noone fired with permanent contract, all not extended temporary contracts) and still counting in July. 80% working time for entire company since march until end of the year with no exceptions.

      Thank you for posting your review. As per our recent communication and in reference to the reduced hours program we had introduced in the middle of May we are now moving back to 100% of working time for all Poland based employees as of September.
