      Nice atmosphere and great colleagues

      Cons

      Company doesn’t seem to have any plans for the future, budget is always too low. Bonuses were cancelled in the past 2 years so now telling about how hard it is because of covid is just not fair. The communication doesn’t work and employees in the UK always get the credit for hard work of people in Poland, it happens that employees in Poland are bullied by those in the UK
