      Friendly atmosphere, trusted and involved management, flexible working hours & possibility to work remotely (depend on a team)

      Cons

      Rather low salary, 7 months contract as first and second employment contract, huge workload and not enough people to deal with it

      Pros

      Holidays, benefits, location, some good colleagues to work with.

      Cons

      Senior management, not caring about their staff, poor progression, poor communication, terrible IT issues, laptops break constantly, spending at least one day a week trying to fix our own laptop issues as IT are too busy. Made a lot of people in Belfast redundant as they didn't want to pay their staff. Hopefully people will remember this when work picks up and don't go back in the future.
