      Pros

      During this difficult time, I am SO glad I work at AMS. We are going through the same layoffs as every other company, but you can tell there has been a lot of thought and every effort to keep all of the top talent across the globe. There is constant and transparent communication, and a true focus on our well-being. When talking to friends at other companies, I know they are having a VERY different experience, and not in a good way.

      Cons

      There are always ways AMS can improve, but I'd rather appreciate the effort on this post. Which is greatly apprecaited.
