      Took a chance on me

      Pros

      I had no HR experience. They loved my background and took a chance and hired me. I have gain plenty of experience. The PTO/Sick time is the best I've had. They are very understanding with time off. Good benefits. Work from home.

      Pay is good but promotions/raises could be higher
