      Pros

      Great leadership, great teams, great people. A lot of training and education to help you start your career strong! The work seems tedious at first but you'll quickly realize it is teaching you skills you need to be successful in the work place.

      Cons

      Pay is just okay, moving vertically can be difficult, otherwise it's a great work environment. The culture truly is amazing.
