      Pros

      Good flexibility in the work environment, interesting opportunities to learn skills/gain experience outside of dictated job position.

      Cons

      Not competitive pay, managers do little to help you lock down a growth plan, nothing concrete in reviews or objectives needing to be hit.

      Opportunity to work in house and be client facing. Strong sense of team spirit, with overall individuals who care about the business and other employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes can be left out of the overall business as spending a lot of time at the client. More exposure to group activities would could be improved.
