      Pros

      The energy that colleagues give to citizenship activities supporting good causes in the communities we are fortunate enough to work in is not only inspiring but is a key element of why I continue to work for the company.

      Cons

      There is so much going on that clear comms can often be hard to keep up with.

      There are some great people here but that about the limit to the pros.

      Cons

      Winning clients and not knowing scope but still wanting to staff up is crazy, and that's the problem which is repeated constantly. That and at the time moving creative to Bracknall, who in creative wants to work in Bracknall

      Pros

      Big logos. Some of the hardest working people I've ever met who are overworked and underpaid. Good training. Windows.

      Cons

      This company is going nowhere. Management has no clue what they are doing. They go after business and then scramble to figure out what to do and end up cutting people to balance the books. When clients come, they put on a show with scripted and staged meetings. This company exists to turn a profit for investors and keep a small group of people paid more than they are worth.
