Pros

Interesting work, great culture, like minded colleagues. Flexibility is great, and the opportunity to develop your career is within your own grasp. Lots of opportunity to get involved with different activities and clients

Cons

Sometimes difficult for those on remote sites, but we work collectively on ensuring everyone feels part of it

Pros

It has a great culture and environment to work in. Good teams and management and a very development orientated attitude throughout.

Cons

There are many meetings, updates and catch-ups necessary which takes away from the core work being done which is quite frustrating.

Pros

The expectation is high, both from client and my managers, but solid induction and support framework is allowing me to do some of my best work. I'm really enjoying this role - lots of development conversations this year which has been a first for me in my career. I have been lucky with opportunities to learn new business areas and support projects to broaden my skill set. I feel part of both the wider AMS team and business, but really connected to this client, their people and culture. We are building a fantastic team and I am very positive about our future here.

Cons

The workload has been tough this year and continues to be busy, feels like we can be too slow to respond in upsizing our teams to cope with demand, at which point mistakes happen that could have been avoided. I benefited from a thorough induction but I can see many of my current colleagues who have been on this account for a long time didn't get this - we need to drive skill workshops and drive more consistent refreshers, even for the longer serving team.
