      Pros

      Excellent team and great flexibility to work in an agile way. Internal development is encouraged.

      Cons

      Little room to progress if you don't want to manage a team. Personal reward is low compared to what is charged to the client.

      Pros

      Respectable and highly successful. Lots of opportunity to try different roles and gain new experiences.

      Cons

      Very cliquey - if you're not in the inner circle, at senior management, it's hard to break in. This moves down the organisation to an middle management operational level. Not a great history of paying bonuses - that may have changed now.
