Pros

AMS tries to do the right thing, they are ethical and a market leader, and if you have the right manager you can do well. They are innovative and like keep pushing themselves to stay ahead which means that there are always opportunities. Work life balance is really good.

Cons

They change the bonus scheme's far too often given that they haven't been the most reliable at paying full bonus's for the last few years. The geographically dispersed nature of the business means that you can get a little stuck in your own office world and it doesn't always feel like one team.
