      Pros

      We have a flexible working culture, and the focus is on results, not time at desk. AMS people are passionate about what they do, and caring and supportive to work with.

      Cons

      Flexible working can sometimes mean working outside 9-5, but it's well worth it!

      Worst company I have worked for

      Pros

      None about Alex Mann Solutions, however the client Stakeholders are a complete contrast by being collaborative, supportive and well mannered , .

      Cons

      Management are disjointed and bullish, by not leading by example, rude and disrespectful. Not understanding your role of taking time to do so means many do not seek advice from their managers, I was one of those and after asking several times to be told they do not know and no direction of where to go meant I no longer asked for support. Very clicky environment. Although a global Company, HR act as if they have zero knowledge of UK employment law in addition to not being impartial. Incredibly long hours with no appreciation.

      Lead Specialist

      Pros

      Working closely with young and enthusiastic people, flexible working hours, good atmosphere , multinational environment, no dress code , tolerance for piercings and tattoos

      Cons

      Very heavy workload - to heavy when it comes to number of team members, as a Lead Specialist you are supposed to be focused on more complex tasks and to be operational in 50 % , due to very heavy workload you're being operational in 100% which makes personal development impossible
