Pros

You get to learn a lot of new stuff, a better perspective on the business, etc. Good environment if the workload is fair, but it changes to a not-so-good-environment when pressure hits them.

Cons

They should have a personality test for every new joiner, because sometimes it happens that a coworker is good at his/her job, but not a team player or good ethic attitude, etc. The bureaucracy hits you everywhere. From getting promoted, to how the info flows within the company, to mixed ideas on how the organization is constructed, etc.

Pros

AMS has done an excellent job providing me with opportunities to challenge myself and grow. As someone who started off in the foundation program, I feel as if there has been a lot of time invested into my training, and I have been handed the tools I need to succeed. My manager not only listens to my feedback and concerns, but addresses them and acts on them. My manager also puts a great amount of effort into ensuring that I'm being challenged, being given opportunities, and succeeding. I absolutely feel valued as an employee. I enjoy getting up and going to work every day, which is very rare for someone in corporate America. I take my job seriously, but I also have fun at work. I work with people I truly enjoy, respect, and learn from. This is a company where you will thrive if you take your job seriously and put in effort. You will not get anything out of AMS if you're afraid of hard work. Additionally, there's great benefits with lots of paid time off, a collaborative work environment, and plenty of opportunities to grow.

Cons

Employees that don't take their jobs seriously and complain about not being given opportunities. Those same people only care about how much money they're making and leave when they don't get raises for their mediocre performance.

Pros

Full of challenges, really complicated profiles (professional and personality), I have the opportunity to switch between quality and volume sourcing.

Cons

I cannot get the opportunity to have an overview on the full process. As I made end-to-end recruitment at my previous employer, I really miss this. Sometimes promotions and training happen out of a sudden,
