      Pros

      I have been seeing the management team around very often; people are very involved in Project Leap and we are seeing the results. The operations floor is very lively and people are having fun while we go through our day to day work. Also, we wanted to recognize the new food provider because we have more options and the choices are much better than the former vendor.

      Cons

      Were all looking forward to the new site! I hope the Senior Management team considers where most of us live. Other items that the company can improve on would probably be the employee salaries; some of peers outside of AMS are getting a much higher pay.

      Pros

      Good name in the UK market, made some good friends and was fortunate enough to get broad experience across multiple areas of the business

      Cons

      Although I managed to progress my career successfully, my salary didn't increase accordingly. Easy to become silo'ed on accounts, shame they no longer do summer conferences etc.
