      Pros

      Good training, plenty of courses to choose from and they have good follow up to your personal goals throughout the year Ok bonus incentive to give you a push to complete your SLAs.

      Cons

      Workday can feel a bit monotome somtimes, you feel like a machine just working there and satisfying the higher ups when you are reaching your targets. There are not much different you can do on a day-to-day basis

      Project leap is very hopeful. We now all employees at all levels pitching in to make this place an awesome place

      The tenured ones aren't so open to change. It's really sad. Negativity saps out the energy of the newer employees
