Good people to work with but the company lacks a cohesive strategy.

Reasonable salary. Reasonable work to life balance.

Cons

Despite the over-emphasis of company values within the business, there doesn't appear to be a clear strategy. The company is driven by a cabal of senior management who are unable to consider issues that don't impact them directly. Headlong rush to expand in recent years appears to be at the expense of good business practice. If you are not on the top table, your views will be ignored! There is a constant diet of propaganda informing staff how rosy the future of AMS will be but ignores inherent risks that will be encountered along the way.

I would say that the biggest cons are defnitely stiff manangement, poor benefits, low salary as well as low yearly bonus.
