      Pros

      Having a voice which leads to opportunities. Everyone is heard here.

      Cons

      Linking some of the remote offices and staff in a better way, so as to make it feel like we're all under one roof. Still get that feeling of segregation sometimes. Nothing that can't be fixed though!

      At the moment cannot think of any - suppose there is a good variety of clients

      Management not will to help when work load too much. Work incredibly long hours for very poor salaries. Salary structure is different depending on who you talk to People panic hire and don't always make right decision as constantly miss sell roles Don't feel like I am ever listened to Always over promised things and never delivered
