Pros

Not many - the company is run by twin gym rats who are frequently absent. They've had a turnover of 50% of the leadership team. They set you up for failure - and hide it. It's also a rampant culture of going to off-site events laced with alcohol and inappropriate behavior.

Cons

The twin owners spend more time in the gym than running the company.

Pros

I've worked for AMTdirect for 4 months. Good training, good culture and great opportunities for growth. Coworkers are engaged and always try to do what's best for the organization.

Cons

Since I'm fairly new, I don't have any cons to share at this time.

Pros

Excellent work/life balance. Working remotely, PTO, paid work outings and happy hours. If positive work environment is important to you, this is the right place.

Cons

Competitive starting wages but there is a long wait before eligible for raises. Some employees start as independent contractors, which limits employee investment. No opportunity to climb the ladder here, either.
