Very professional. When they say they are doing agile development they are one of the few shops in Charlotte to mean it.

Cons

You better know JavaScript inside and out. If you do this place is bliss.

Pros

Asset Management Technologies colleagues are very competent and fun to work with; all are dedicated, bright, and extremely hard-working.

Cons

Leadership tries to create a unified team but there is a disconnect between them and employees. Improving two-way communication would help. Employees are sometimes asked for feedback, but there often seems to be a disconnect from what feedback leadership is given and what leadership actually hears/interprets.

Cons

May be given temporary or permanent layoff without notice. A handful of employees that had been there for years were looked over for advancement while a few others that had been there for months were given those opportunities.
