Pros
-Company harbors positive work culture promoting : Fun, Cooperation, Team work, and accountibility -Very welcoming, diverse environment. Co- workers are often the best part of work environment. - Overall company takes care of employees and works with them when needed.
Cons
-Certain departments are lacking in leadership or properly trained leadership ( can feel like a club mentality) - Advancement is possible but only to those truly dedicated ( could be viewed as a con) Lateral movement is often more attainable. -Certain/ some policies are reactionary not precautionary. -Department help is needed and then acknowledged well after need is put on the table. ( too little too late) - Can be hard for some if they are not used to a fast paced work environment.
