This is not the office, it's like Jail. Office timing is 10 to 7.30 but anyone can't able to leave 7.30 itself. If you leave 7.30 managers are called and inform don't go sharp 7.30 itself work up to 8.30 like that. Lunchtime is 1 to 2 you worked up to 1.30 then you going to lunch, in that time also want to come sharp 2 clk. Don't have lunch space. If you come 3 days late they cut your 1-day salary. Not possible to go early (monthly give 1-day permission for that permission you need to get sign your manager.

After joining this company i forgot what i learnt in previous companies, worst work culture, no proper process, managers never ever appreciate your works. Work culture is like industrial not a IT culture. They never give time to think and work. Simply they will give big task and ask you to finish it by half a day. But that task will take to complete 2 to 3 days. Worst managers who have no guts to ask time from managers. No friendly culture. You will lose your passion when you start working here.
