Pros

Salary will credit on or before 5th of every month.

Cons

Management forcing the employees to write positive reviews as always. Proof : Majority of the positive reviews are written within 15 days, how?(between Aug 2018 and Sep 2018). You must have to stay in office for 9.5hours(8hrs work+15mins×2 tea breaks+1hr lunch break) in a day without fail, if you stay in office for 9hrs and 29 mins, the following day HR will question you about 1 minute, the sad thing is if you work for >15 hrs in previous day, they won't allow you to leave atleast 5 mins early or late login in the following day. You have to put signature, entry time, and exit time in register book every day like government office. Security person carefully observe your in time and out time. You have to do multiple followups for final settlements/papers after moving out from the company. There is no HR portal, this was very big surprise to me. To know your leave balance you have to ask HR multiple times to get response, you do not know your leave accurals, and elapsed leave info. No portal to download offer letter, form 16, payslips(sending to your office email IDs), revision letters (they send to your office email ID). Salary split and credit twice(around 65% once, and remaining around 35% later) first credit show as salary, second credit show as expenses. We do not know why they split and deposit salary even we don't have expenses reimbursement concept. You don't know how the tax calculations are being done and deducting from your salary. If you are married please do not choose this company, you completely loose work life balance. I feel like this company works only for freshers, and bachelors. No extra pay even if you work for 15×7. If you are a manager you have to work 90% Saturdays and 60% Sundays. If you are lead, you have to sacrifise 50% of your weekends for work. During project delivery time you have to work 24×7 due to unrealistic timelines provided by management. 90% of the employees will get promotion only if they look for job change/ put paper/ close to management team. Important thing is, company has secret profile in naukuri to find out the employees who are looking for job change, that report will go to management team it seems, they start questioning you. Management start treating you differently, no good hike. This is very worst thing from all the points mentioned, because job change is entirely employee personal. So, once you join here they will try to close all the ways. Once you put paper all the rules will come into the picture, you have to work 8 hours without break, you should not avail optional leave, your don't have right to take permisison( 1 or 2hrs) to leave early etc.. There is no work from home concept atleast 1 or 2 days per month. If you are on leave still you get calls from office. Management team will see your computer very often to find know what you are doing, many of the managers don't have soft and leadership skills. You have to send email for leave and wait for till last day to know the status. Most of the managers won't apporve/deny your leave request, they just see and ignore if you go and ask they start telling you the stories to cancel your leave. You will have leaves but you cannot take them, this is the situation here. There are few more things I have to tell about non official works, but I don't want to mention them here. Finally, IN TIME is in your hands OUT TIME you do not know because you get urgent work at the end of the day, no surprise if you go at 10am and come out at 11pm.

Pros

No such thing to tell.

Cons

No Learning. Unprofessional work atmosphere. Only hard working there is no smart work, management never recommend for smart workers. 90% of rework rework & rework. Office timing is 10.00 am to 7.30. If u came late for 3 days (after 10.15 am)then half day salary will be detected. If you stay and work for late night to complete the task there is no compensation. No compensation for Saturday and Sunday who are all working. There is 97 employees working in 2 floors, there is only 3 restroom for male and 3 for female. Maintenance are too bad. 2 months notice period but not for all employees. Unprofessional managers.

Dear Reviewer, We are sorry to hear that you are upset with your experience at ANB. We believe there are always areas for us to improve and will certainly take any constructive feedback that you may have given in your exit interview to heart. We fundamentally believe personal and professional growth is important for everyone. We encourage employees to learn both at the job and outside of work by pursuing advanced certification. ANB is happy to pay for any approved certification and we have sponsored 16 of our employees in the past two years. The goal of our work is not at all to be busy work and we are continually looking to put processes in place that ensure this is the case. As a global organization we have functional reasons for our company hours. We have client and development teams in both India and the United States and it is imperative for our teams to be aligned in communication. As a smaller firm we did in the past have employees working more frequently to deliver projects on weekends. As we have grown larger, we are happy to say this is much more of an exception rather than the rule. No employees are forced to do any type of work that are deemed personal. We are aware that a handful of the staff volunteer their time to help each other. We are sorry to hear you felt that management did not listen to your voice and we are striving to make our feedback process more transparent and accessible to everyone. Best of luck in the future. -ANB HR

Dear Reviewer, We have given a demanding workload to our development team as we have aggressively grown over the past several years. The idea that there was “no challenging work” does not resonate at all with the direction or goals of the company and I will certainly look into how such a discrepancy in perception happened. We have a meritocratic system in place based on performance that has served us very well over the years in making decisions about how employees are adding value. I can assure you that I personally take great pride in our upward mobility and in watching our employees grow. Wish you the best in your endeavors. -Bala (CEO)
