Dear readers, Please DO NOT ignore the reviews online about this company, i did the same mistake thinking it will not affect me since I am Professional and all i care about is my WORK. No! They wont let you to even eat in peace if you are not in a good terms with the HR gang. I mean, their gang includes- few BAs from every team and everyone in HR. They gossip about fellow mates, do Politics and spread just rumors and gossips about any innocent person they want and if you even try to complaint about them to your manager then they will also make sure that no one else has the audacity to do the same, will shout in the bay in front of everyone in the office and make you feel embarrassed, it happened with my friend, but she could only cry about it! I don’t think if the management ppl is aware of the same since the contact person is only HR for them. Expect little to no empathy, little only when you perform infront of HR.. the management trusts everything he says and you will be left with no other option but quit. If you need to survive then befriend with him and do whatsoever he says and tada you will be the pet of the company until he decides. TO THE MANAGEMENT: If you are reading this review, Then please know that- Your employees need your HELP! Please learn and try to trust them!
