Still a hostile work environment and employee bullying is rampart

9yAt AORN, we expect employees to model AORN’s Core Values and treat one another with respect. Bullying in the workplace is not tolerated, and we have mechanisms in place for employees to report inappropriate behavior and/or concerns. These include bringing complaints to the attention of one’s manager, Human Resources, a member of the Executive Team, or filing a complaint through AORN’s Whistleblower Hotline which is available 24 hours/day. When we receive complaints of bullying behavior, we take these allegations seriously, and we investigate, counsel, and address the individual(s) involved as necessary and applicable.
