A great place to work

Pros

Great benefits package, competitive pay for any company - let alone an nonprofit, really wonderful coworkers and managers who are all working towards the same, clear missions and goals. Linda, the CEO, is a wonderful person who will stop and chat with anyone in the hall, no matter your job title. Everyone works together as a true team, and while no one gets along 100% of the time, everything is handled in a way you'd expect from professionals.

Cons

You can tell the company has been through some massive changes in the past few years, and there are still teams trying to regain their footing. In spite of this, most people seem to be very helpful and understanding as teams reorg and continue to grow.

Pros

good benefits, lots of employee engagement

Cons

no room for advancement, and favoritism is so rampant its impossible to get assistance with it, HR will tell you to talk to that person directly, making everything very difficult
