Pros

Remote work. Everyone is focused on delivering strong results. Open, honest communication. Voices are heard. Good communication and listening from leadership. Focused to keep finances strong and deliver to membership, industry partners and healthcare systems. Many products produced for members and healthcare systems (pro and con). DEI is a value.

Cons

Short deadlines, multiple projects/tasks to work on to support multi year strategic plan. Sometimes focus changes quickly to adapt (con and pro). Stress to keep finances strong. Could use better approaches for sales - marketing has gotten stronger. Still work in silos for some areas. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement.
