Pros

Flexible schedule. Nice people. Remote options.

Cons

Siloed environment. People don’t talk to each other and lots of processes are disconnected. There’s a lot of verbal “this is how it should be done” and “we do it this way” - minimal flexibility from leadership and almost nothing is in writing.

Pros

Remote opportunities are the norm. Very kind and inclusive management. Managers are very invested in each person's personal improvement. Honestly just a lovely group who are always trying to improve. Company provides fantastic benefits.

Cons

I really have no downside to share!
