Pros

Upon searching for my new future, I wanted to find a culture of inclusiveness, transparency, creative thinking, and a passion for making healthcare better. I could feel this as I researched and interviewed at AORN. As it turns out, these are not just words in the Mission and Values statements, we live it out every day!

Cons

I would classify this as a challenge, not a "con". In this ever changing world of healthcare, we will need continually find new ways to remain relevant and valuable to our HCP consumers.
