Lots of good benefits and perks. The Company really cares about its people and is big on collaboration and innovation. Inclusive environment where DEI is a priority!

Cons

None that are really of concern. It really is an awesome place to work!

Pros

Nice add in perks being connected to AORN but only if you're working at the facility.

Cons

No room for independence. The president has her hands in everything and you're just a gopher. Don't try to brainstorm solutions or offer insight, if you don't agree with her way, you're out. She works night and day and expects the same from you with little pay. Benefits are terrible, particularly the health insurance.
