Almost too "nice". Would like to see more accountability with certain team members.

Pros

The pros are: flexible schedule, great team, fun projects, and good work/life balance.

Cons

The cons are: the leadership needs to be more inspirational which would improve morale. The benefits are okay but still pay a lot of money for medical. Limited growth opportunities since it's a fairly flat organization.
