This is a toxic and negative environment to work. I worked here less than 6 months because I couldn't take it anymore. If you have any sort of dignity do not work here. If you do not suck up to Richard and kiss his butt hardcore you will not be liked and made to feel invaluable. He is also VERY moody and rude. His comments as well are inappropriate. Mistreatment of employees is accepted and ignored. HR listens (I think) or at least they pretend to listen really well (in person), but nothing is done to improve the negativity of the workplace. All I have are negative experiences to report aside from the 2-4 genuine people I met. Everyone else is not trustworthy. They will screw you over, snitch and tattle tale, so ALWAYS whisper to whomever you talk to. Even if it is about your dog or what you had for breakfast. 98% of the people are out to screw you over so they can get in Richard's good graces. As a matter of fact, don't talk to anyone. If you choose to work here put your head down, do your work, suffer from 8-5, and then go home, have a drink, and return to the misery the next day. Anything you say will be taken out of context and reported to Richard furthering his cold treatment to you. If you want to work here, pucker up! You must kiss Richard's butt to be successful. I have so much more, but I think Glassdoor might cut me off for writing too much...
