Most employees are good people stuck in a toxic company

Cons

Believe no 4 or 5 star reviews; they are either recruiting or marketing pumping up the score. Read and believe all one star reviews - 100% true. No direction, no belief in cloud or AI, product features behind, IT stuck in 1995. Large sole proprietorship with a toxic CEO at the helm. HR is not HR, but does the toxic bidding of the CEO. Policies not worth the paper they are written on. I could go on, or, you could read the other 1 star reviews. Pay is much less than the market. Desperate for a job? Do not accept one here - keep looking.

I really liked what I was doing and the people I worked closely with were great. The technology is cutting edge and interesting,

!!! - I should have read the reviews here before considering this place - !!! The owner of the company (Richard) values no one and any opposition to his unrealistic ideas and schedules results in firing. He is a narcissistic psychopath. This makes the culture toxic and stressful. Not a good place to work. Stay away. The benefits are not that good. PTO is a joke. No one has ever been approved for voluntary service time off despite it listed as a benefit. Upper management candy-coats the poor work environment.

Pros

Co workers were great and the office is very neat and you get your own cubical. Freedom to complete your tasks without having to get micro managed. I learned a lot in short amount of time.

Cons

Unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with this company. Everyone dislikes CEO and the director were rude to me during my interactions with them. It's unfortunate that the leadership displayed such behavior.
