The CEO was great but left recently. Read the reviews from before 2023, it's back to what it used to be.

Cons

Terrible micromanagement, no direction, company is losing people and the culture is nonexistent

Pros

My co workers were nice people.

Cons

The management team concepts are old and outdated. Their is absolutely no culture, and a like of support to compete in the current vertical. If your dignity and creative thought leadership is important, don't waste your time and talent.

Pros

There are some very talented people with just the right skills for this niche industry. Product quality is by far the best I’ve ever seen in my life. Manufacturing team at APCON is top shelf. The defect returns shelf is the only dusty shelf in the building. Opportunity for APCON as a brand to define itself in the market is enormous. Opportunity to make a difference as an employee at APCON is enormous. APCON veterans are very welcoming, encouraging, and very helpful. If you are looking at a role at APCON. Investigate it, look for fit, and if you are inspired by hard work and making a difference, take a chance. A growing company = high risk / high reward. I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t believe it is possible to win.

Cons

Clarity of expectation and career growth needs development. Structured approach to planning and execution to break down siloed workforce to become one team needs development. Fear of the past negative emotions has defined seeded barriers to execution that will take courage & motivated agents of change to influence evolution. Speed to hiring talent to key positions is currently a bottleneck, but currently gaining momentum. Resource allocation needs structure to define what is most important for success as well as visibility to where help is needed. Many seasoned employees are wearing multiple hats currently.
