Pros

Most employees are good people stuck in a toxic company

Cons

Believe no 4 or 5 star reviews; they are either recruiting or marketing pumping up the score. Read and believe all one star reviews - 100% true. No direction, no belief in cloud or AI, product features behind, IT stuck in 1995. Large sole proprietorship with a toxic CEO at the helm. HR is not HR, but does the toxic bidding of the CEO. Policies not worth the paper they are written on. I could go on, or, you could read the other 1 star reviews. Pay is much less than the market. Desperate for a job? Do not accept one here - keep looking.

Unlike other companies who are laying off people, our recruiters are hard at work finding the great employees that make us a great place to work. I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your time here but that doesn't mean the other 4 and 5 star reviews aren't products of other people's experiences. Our legendary products are the reason we are still in business 30 years after we started this journey. We are ahead of the curve with our latest and greatest and we look forward to our continued success with the great employees of the organization. Thank you for taking the time to review us. We hope you have found a new role that better suits your expectation.

Pros

The company is very good in hiring talented employees.

Cons

Most new hires left within two years at best after learning that there’s absolutely no future for the company. After almost three decades, the company still claims that it’s like a new startup - meaning there is no growth in the business after all these years. The company has no strategy and the owner, who dictates every decision in the company, is completely out of touch with the market and the technology trends.

It's nice to hear that you feel like we are doing a good job of hiring talented people to fill our roles. We believe hiring the best is what makes us the best. You make a great point about being in business for 30 years and still being nimble (like a start up) enough to pivot or introduce new products as the market needs them. While there is growth within roles, we are also mindful of not bloating the organization with unnecessary leadership levels. Thank you for the review and good luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

No international business, normal working hours

Cons

No business strategy, run by dictator/owner who is not open to other ideas and fires on a whim
