Easy to get to via public transit

This is the worst job I’ve ever had, and it got worse when new management took over. Selfish attitudes, non stop constant stress, management is almost non existent. Buying employees cakes and donuts won’t make people stay

APDerm is a growing company and always thinking of ways to improve the way they do things, how to embrace the changing world, supporting teammates all the while providing the best Patient Care possible. Since the onset of COVID, the communication to teammates has improved significantly. The communication has been clear and the support from HR and Management with the transition back to work has been wonderful.

Cons

Too much change, too quickly, can cause burnout for the hardworking staff.
