The physicians are decent, nice offices

Cons

Unorganized management and HR, no communication, takes advantage of employees, no room for growth, no raises, no diversity, drama, management does not respect personal lives of employees and will share your personal info with others

There are a couple of employees there that made going to work enjoyable.

Cons

The benefits are outrageously expensive, which, being IN the medical field, you would think insurance wouldn’t be unaffordable but it is. They go through office managers like no other, so of course the flow and the way things are done changes on a regular. They don’t care about their employees and will be dropped them in an instant.
