Remote job and great providers. Enjoyed my coworkers

Cons

Awful management. Does't matter how busy the phones are, they won't pick up a call. They spend all day running reports and figuring out how to add more work to your plate. The stress level is so high. They just kept changing everything that was working so it kept getting worse.
