Free Botox when the clinic has it, but they don't always have it

Cons

favoritism, no recognition for going above and beyond and it just becomes expected. They will tell you what you want to hear and lead you on.

Focus on delivering accessible high quality care. Great environment to learn and have hands on experience.

Cons

Poor benefits. Poor leadership. Disconnect of health care initiatives and corporate initiatives which causes lack of consideration to health care standards. Poor environment if you don’t fit in with office clique. Lack of consideration for employees lives outside of employment. Poor career advancement.
