      I met and made good friends and co workers who were hard working and enjoyed learning the logistics business

      Cons

      There was no kind of real management and they did not take responsibility for any problems or issues. They let sexual harassment and violence happen without any consequences. They do not give raises no matter how hard you work and play favorites. So many people I started with have left the company or are looking to leave. They will overwork you and use you to your breaking point. HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK....

      Pros

      Honestly I have yet to find any benefits to working for this company. Health care plan is garbage but the 401k match is probably its only shinning quality. Company is ideal for gaining entry level experience for your resume to move onto a better company.

      Cons

      Its very clear this company is KPI and cost center driven at all cost. The work environment is one of despair and hopelessness. For every new employee you see, two more are heading out the door that same week. Salary is 20k under industry average for analyst, management is the worst I have seen in 13 years of professional work, and no one truly cares to do things correctly. How this company is rated so high in the industry is something I try to comprehend daily. If you already have experience in this industry, look elsewhere.

      APLL offers a good benefits package with bonuses, average health insurance, and a 401k match.

      Cons

      Fractured management--corporate headquarters in Singapore means that many processes and management functions come from abroad with little input from local resources.
