      Pros

      Nothing. Apart from the fact that no matter how bad an employee is, he / she wouldn't get retrenched . Very Low morale indeed

      Cons

      No leadership. Meeting over meeting without any results. Ineffective and uninspiring management. Sips supporting their own interests, going against the overall greater good.

      Pros

      As a junior to middle manager, this company offers a good work life balance as the company is not serious about setting and achieving targets.

      Cons

      Highly political with many silos. Lots of self promotion required to progress. Civil service mindset, just keep doing the same thing and holding meeting after meeting to argue and debate. Result is continuing losses.

      Pros

      good working environment, working in the good team and have a good supervisor that willing to assist as much as can.

      Cons

      job task and volume for every location is different and some other employee have a less job than the others even though the position is on the same level.
