No process no prospects badly run and rotten from the inside. Requires a good audit and clean up and streamlined.

Lots of red tape. Sales job becomes an administrative job. Very hard to sell

Decent training to corporate environment for a first time role out of college. Co-workers were overall good people.

Cons

Inefficiency identified, but no action taken to correct what was knowingly incorrect. Sales support staff management was composed of career employees who had not advanced, but did not have courage to move on.
