NOL's multi-million dollar system development project means it provides once in a life-time exposure and experience for all involved in the project.

Cons

Shipping industry is very cyclical and NOL group in particular experienced severe financial weakness in last few years. Until today, it is not a top-tier player in the market hence is still vulnerable.

Service center is casual. Work is not extremely difficult. Dozens of wonderful people as coworkers.

Cons

Call center climate not conducive to creativity; micro-management approach flows from the top down.
